You must be 18+ to use FlowVault. Your content is yours — we just store it for you. Subscriptions auto-renew and are managed through Apple. Pole and aerial training carries real physical risk that's on you, not us. Be excellent to yourself and others. Don't do anything illegal.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Frances Tang, trading as Small Batch Ventures ("FlowVault," "we," "us," or "our"). By using FlowVault, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use FlowVault. We don't offer an under-18 pathway with parental consent — if you're under 18, you may not create an account or use the app.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens on your account. Use a real email address. Let us know immediately at frantang3@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. One person per account — no impersonating others.
FlowVault offers optional paid subscriptions managed and processed by Apple through the App Store.
You own your content. The moves, notes, routines, practice logs, videos, and images you upload are yours. To make the app work, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display your content back to you. We don't publish it, share it, or use it for anything else. This license ends when you delete your content or account, though deleted content may briefly remain in backups as described in our Privacy Policy.
You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload what you upload. Don't upload content that belongs to someone else without permission.
Please don't use FlowVault to:
Pole, aerial, and circus training carry inherent physical risk, including the risk of serious injury. FlowVault is a logging and planning tool — it is not a substitute for proper coaching, supervision, or safety equipment. We don't evaluate, certify, or vouch for the safety of any move, routine, or technique logged in the app, whether entered by you or by another user.
By using FlowVault, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks. You are solely responsible for your own training decisions, physical safety, and any equipment, spotting, or supervision you use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Small Batch Ventures and Frances Tang from any claim arising out of your training activities, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising from your use of the app or your training.
We work hard to keep FlowVault running, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We may update or modify features at any time. During beta testing, expect occasional changes — thanks for your patience.
FlowVault is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowVault and Small Batch Ventures are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You can delete your account at any time using the in-app option or by emailing frantang3@gmail.com. Cancel your subscription separately through your Apple account settings. We may suspend accounts for Terms violations, with notice where reasonable.
These Terms are between you and FlowVault, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts in California, unless mandatory local law gives you the right to bring claims in your home country.
We'll notify you of significant changes via the app or email, and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
