The short version

You must be 13+ to use FlowVault. Your content is yours — we just store it for you. Subscriptions auto-renew and are managed through Apple. Be excellent to yourself and others. Don't do anything illegal.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Frances Tang, trading as Small Batch Ventures ("FlowVault," "we," "us," or "our"). By using FlowVault, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Age requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use FlowVault. Because pole and aerial content often involves athletic attire, we strongly recommend FlowVault for users 18 and older. Users aged 13–17 must have a parent or guardian's permission. If you are under 13, you may not use the app.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens on your account. Use a real email address. Let us know immediately at frantang3@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. One person per account — no impersonating others.

3. Subscriptions and payment

FlowVault offers optional paid subscriptions managed and processed by Apple through the App Store.

4. Your content

You own your content. The moves, notes, routines, practice logs, videos, and images you upload are yours. To make the app work, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display your content back to you. We don't publish it, share it, or use it for anything else. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload what you upload. Don't upload content that belongs to someone else without permission.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't use FlowVault to:

6. Safety disclaimer

Pole, aerial, and circus training carry physical risk. FlowVault is a logging and planning tool — it is not a substitute for proper coaching, supervision, or safety equipment. You are solely responsible for your own training decisions and physical safety.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep FlowVault running, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We may update or modify features at any time. During beta testing, expect occasional changes — thanks for your patience.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

FlowVault is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowVault and Small Batch Ventures are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time using the in-app option or by emailing frantang3@gmail.com. Cancel your subscription separately through your Apple account settings. We may suspend accounts for Terms violations, with notice where reasonable.

11. Apple-specific terms

These Terms are between you and FlowVault, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts in California, unless mandatory local law gives you the right to bring claims in your home country.

13. Changes to these terms

We'll notify you of significant changes via the app or email, and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
