Hi, I'm Frances!
I run AI Training Day — a hands-on workshop that gets (mostly) all-women teams actually building with AI. One day, in person, no tech-bro energy, no dumb questions. I care about women actually understanding AI, not just having it done for them — I've watched the gender and career gaps in tech widen every time a room defaults to "let the guy handle it." I also run a small software bakery on the side: apps, newsletters, automations and AI agents, made fresh in Orange County.
